Who is responsible

Fable Labs AS (organisation number 937 241 895) is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. You can contact us through our contact form.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to submit. This normally includes your name, email address, message, and — if you provide them — your company and the type of product help you are looking for.

Why we use it

We use this information to understand your enquiry, reply to you, evaluate whether we are a useful fit, and take steps toward a possible business relationship. We do not sell personal data or use contact enquiries for unrelated advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably useful for the conversation, a potential engagement, legal obligations, or legitimate business records. You can ask us to delete it when those needs no longer apply.

Service providers and security

The website and email systems necessarily process information through our hosting and communication providers. We limit access to people and services that need it for the purposes described above and use reasonable technical measures to protect the site.

Cookies and analytics

The public website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential technical cookies may be used when required for WordPress security, administration, or form handling.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or object to how it is used. Send your request through our contact form. You may also contact the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe your data-protection rights have not been respected.

Sukoon: Mosaic Puzzle advertising and consent

Sukoon: Mosaic Puzzle (no.fablelabs.sukoontiles) uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show non-personalized interstitial advertisements. An advertisement may be shown only after every five newly completed levels, never during active play, and no more than once every five minutes. The app does not show banner or rewarded advertisements.

Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, coarse location derived from an IP address, advertising and product-interaction data, crash data, and performance data to request, deliver, secure, limit, and measure advertisements. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not request personalized advertising.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents consent choices where required, including a direct “Do not consent” choice. You can revisit your privacy choices from the app’s settings. Consent choices are stored so the app can respect them and may also be processed by Google. Declining consent does not prevent you from playing; eligible advertisements remain non-personalized.

Google may retain data according to its legal obligations and product policies and may process information outside Norway or the EEA using applicable transfer safeguards. For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority.
