Pane Quote Privacy Policy

Summary

Pane Quote does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your business, customer, property, quote, logo, or photo data. The app works offline and does not require an account.

Data stored on your device

Pane Quote stores the information you enter—including business details, customers, properties, estimates, quote history, logos, and photos—locally in the app’s storage on your iPhone. This information is used to create and manage your quotes. It is not automatically sent to Fable Labs.

Apple may include local app data in an encrypted iPhone or iCloud device backup, depending on your device settings. Apple controls those backup services under its own terms and privacy policy.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Pane Quote does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. The app does not request permission to track you.

Accounts and backend services

Pane Quote has no user account system, customer-data backend, or automatic cross-device sync. Fable Labs cannot view or recover the quote data stored in the app.

Sharing and exporting

Data leaves Pane Quote only when you choose an iOS share or export action, such as saving or sending a quote PDF or exporting app data. The app sends the copy to the destination you select. That destination handles the copy under its own privacy terms.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional Pane Quote Pro lifetime purchase. Pane Quote checks Apple-signed StoreKit transaction information to unlock Pro. Your customer and property details are not included in purchase transactions. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Your choices and deletion

You can delete individual estimates, reset Pane Quote, or remove the app to delete local app data. Copies stored in device backups or destinations where you exported files are managed through Apple’s backup controls and those destination services.

Support messages

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device details, or screenshots. We use it only to answer your request, investigate the issue, and keep reasonable support records. Email is processed by our email provider. Please avoid sending customer personal data unless it is necessary for support.

Changes to this policy

If Pane Quote’s data practices change, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date before the change is reflected in the app’s privacy disclosures.
