Sukoon: Mosaic Puzzle Privacy Policy

Summary

Sukoon: Mosaic Puzzle does not require an account or send puzzle progress to Fable Labs. The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show restrained, non-personalized interstitial advertising and to record your consent choice.

Data stored on your device

Sukoon stores puzzle progress, first-use preferences, completed-level identifiers used for the ad frequency limit, the time of the last displayed ad, and your consent choice locally on your iPhone or iPad. Puzzle progress is not sent to Fable Labs. Removing the app removes its locally stored app data, subject to the normal behaviour of iOS backups and device restoration.

Advertising and consent

Sukoon requests non-personalized ads from Google AdMob. An interstitial may appear only after every five newly completed levels, never during puzzle play, and no more than once every five minutes. Sukoon does not use banner or rewarded ads.

Google UMP asks for your privacy choice where required and includes a direct option to decline consent. Where required, you can reopen Privacy choices from Sukoon’s home screen to review or withdraw your choice.

Data processed by Google

To request, deliver, secure, limit, and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may process device or other identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, app interactions, advertising data, diagnostic data such as crash and performance information, and your consent choice. Google may use this information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency limiting, measurement, service security, and legal compliance.

Sukoon always marks its ad requests as non-personalized. The app does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission and Fable Labs does not use the Google SDK data for cross-app tracking or additional product analytics.

Google controls its own retention periods and may process information on servers outside your country. International transfers are handled under Google’s applicable data-transfer safeguards. Network access

The puzzle catalog is bundled with the app. Network access is used only for the approved Google consent and advertising services. Sukoon does not send gameplay activity or puzzle progress to Fable Labs.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, or to withdraw consent. Use the in-app Privacy choices where available and contact us at oddbjorn@fablelabs.no if you need help exercising a privacy right.

Support messages

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device details, or screenshots. We use it only to answer your request, investigate the issue, and keep reasonable support records. Email is processed by our email provider.

Children

Sukoon is not designed to collect personal information from children. Advertising and consent data is processed by Google as described above, subject to Google’s policies and the choices available in your region.

Changes to this policy

If Sukoon’s data practices change, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date before the change is reflected in the app’s privacy disclosures.
